At Pearl & Hugo we understand how important it is for a customer to choose the right accessory. That’s why we’re here to help. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like any more information about any of our pieces, whether it is for your big day or any other occasion.
Our accessories are intended to be worn and cherished. We make them as robust as possible, package them in our beautiful signature boxes and wrap them in our branded acid free tissue paper to keep them safe. Please look after your Peal & Hugo accessory, avoid dropping it, storing it among hard objects, and keep it away from harsh chemicals that may damage the materials or cause discolouration.
All our accessories are made to order. Therefore, please allow 2-5 weeks for orders to be delivered (timeframes may vary for bespoke pieces and overseas deliveries). Since 01/01/2021 the UK is no longer in the EU and so there may be customs charges to pay when purchasing from Europe or overseas. Please check your country’s customs charges and taxes before placing your order. Delivery charges are as follows: UK (Royal Mail, Next Day) £5.65; EU(DPD) £16.99; USA and Canada (DPD) £24.99. For all other countries, please make an enquiry for a quote.
As all our accessories are made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are here to help if you need advice, distributions, photos or videos to help with choosing the perfect piece.
